Welcome to my site~ a home for my projects, interests, and the work I’m building as I grow in my career.
I’m an IT Support Specialist based in Beaverton with hands‑on experience supporting Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and endpoint troubleshooting across enterprise and MSP‑style environments. I’m known for clear communication, calm problem‑solving, and a human‑centered approach to support. I enjoy helping people feel confident in their technology and documenting solutions so the next person has an easier time.
Outside of IT, I love creative pursuits like crochet, tailoring, illustration, cooking, and origami. I studied Japanese culture in university and have a special passion for translation and cultural exchange. I also have a background in platform engineering and web development, and I’m always tinkering with automation, scripting, and open‑source tools to make life a little easier.
This site is a place where I share my independent projects — technical, creative, and everything in between — and I’ll continue adding more as it evolves.
