I’m an IT Support Specialist based in Beaverton, Oregon. I focus on clear communication, calm problem‑solving, and helping people feel confident in their technology. I support Windows, macOS, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking fundamentals, and general endpoint troubleshooting across both enterprise and MSP‑style environments.
I also have a background in platform engineering and web development, which gives me a strong foundation in scripting, automation, and understanding systems end‑to‑end. I enjoy blending technical depth with a human‑centered approach to support.
Outside of tech, I love creative pursuits like crochet, tailoring, illustration, cooking, and origami. I studied Japanese language and culture in university and have a lasting passion for translation and cultural exchange.
